Funeral services for Walter Smith Hull, 65, 2004 Hollywood Ave., Pho tographer, Ecker Photographic Studio, will be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m . at 574 East First South by the Rev. George J. Weber, minister, First Co ngregational Church. Friends may call at place of funeral Friday and Sat urday until of services. Burial wil be in Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
Mr. Hull died Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at his home of a heart attack.
Born Sept. 21, 1881, in Sparta, Tenn., a son of Wesley W. and Ida Hu ll, he had been a resident of Salt Lake for the past 40 years. Mr. Hul l had been emplyed as a photographer at Ecker's since 1937.
He married Grace Lilian Russell July 10, 1914 in Farmington, Davis C ounty.
Besides his widow he is survived by a son and a daughter, W.. Russel l and Shriley M. Hull, Salt Lake; a brother and two sisters, Ernest, an d Etta Hull and Mrs. Shirley Sperry, all of Sparta.
>His daughter Shriley says that he came from Tennesse to Utah following h is cousin who joined the Mormon church. The family worried about her s o Walter volunteered to come to Utah to keep an eye on her . He liked i t in Salt Lake, met Grace and they married. He was not a member of the M ormon Church.
