Keith Wayne Proctor was born on 8 October 1961 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, USA. He died on 18 April 2001 at the age of 39. Keith is an Eagle Scout. He served a mission (for The Churchof
Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) to Calgary Alberta fromAugust
1981 to March 1983. He is attending the University of Utah andwill
soon graduate in Mechanical Engineering. He developed leukemia,but
through modern medical advances and the kind help of the Lord,has
recovered.
