The girls would torment her by dropping the word 'leg' into their conversations. She would be horrified and say, "Limbs, my dears, limbs!'. Then they would all giggle. Their poor Grandmother had views on cook they thought were funny, too. She kept a pot of soup going and woe betide the unwary girl who threw away carrot or potato peelings." 3. 1880 Utah Territory, Millard, Fillmore (next door to parents) Warner, Cyrus A W M 30 head working on RR IO NY NY Abigail W F 26 wife housekeeping UT NY NY Blanch W F 6 dau UT US UT Alba W F 3 dau UT US UT Erma W F 1mo. dau UT US UT 4. 1900 Census Idaho, Power, Rockland Warner, Cyrus A Sariah A wife W F Feb 1854 46 Md 28 11-8 UT US US 5. 1910 Census Idaho, Power, Rockland Warner, Cyrus A Sariah A wife F W 55 md 35 11-7 UT UN NY English Sariah Abigail Tyler and Cyrus Adelbert Warner were married on 4 July 1873 in Fillmore, Millard, Utah, USA. Marlyn Walton Mather: " When Cyrus Warner was a 5 year old boy, he was sent out to watch over their (family)one cow. This cow was a valuable asset and meant life to babies and young children. While he was watching the cow a group of hungry Indians came and decided to drive the cow off and eat it. Cyrus knew his duty. He drew his pocketknife and prepared to defend his cow. The Indians thought this was hilarious and rode off laughing. A few weeks later, his mother went to the door to find a delegation of Indians. They had brought a pair of beautiful moccasins for the ' brave little chief'. Without hesitation she divided the bread she had just baked with them. From this time on there was friendship between the family and the Indians and particularly Cyrus who did indeed learn their language and when he was grown and an influential man he interceded for them in courts when they got in trouble." 5. 1870 Census Utah Territory, Millard, Fillmore Warner, Orange 63 M W Farmer 850 850 NY Mary 47 F W housekeeping NY Cyrus A 20 M W farmer IO Emily 17 F W no occupation UT Rhoda 15 F W UT Zedediah 13 M W UT 6. 1850 Census Iowa, Fremont, district 22 Warner Orange 45 M Farmer NY Mary 28 F NY Byron 17 M farmer NY Holstein 14 M NY Darius 12 M NY Orlando 10 M NY Mortimer 8 M NY Cornelia 6 F IL Orange 4 M IO (Reed) Dewitt 3 M IO Cyrus 10/12 M IO Tyler, Ezra 51 M Carpenter Mass. 7. 1880 Census Utah territory, Millard, Fillmore Warner Cyrus A W M 30 head workin with RR IO NY NY Abigail W F 26 wife housekeeping UT USA Blanche W F 6 dau UT Alba W F 2 dau UT USA UT Erma W F 1 mo.June dau UT USA UT 8. 1900 Census Idaho, Power, Rockland Warner, Cyrus A Head W M Oct 1848 51 Md 28 IO America UN farmer Sariah A wife W F Feb 1854 46 Md 28 11-8 UT america america Alba dau W F Sep 1877 22 single UT IO UT in school Erma dau W F June 1879 20 S UT IO UT Annie dau W F Aug 1881 18 S Evolyn dau W F May 1884 16 S Barbara dau W F Mar 1887 12 S Calvin A son W M Dec 1889 10 S Rhoda dau W F Feb 1892 8 S Gladys dau W F Oct 1896 3 S UT IO UT 9. 1910 Census Idaho, power, Rockland #83 Warner, Cyrus A. head M W 60 md 35 IO US US english speaking farmer Sariah A wife F W 55 md 35 UT UN NY english housekeeping Calvin son M W 20 S ID IO UT Rhoda dau F W 18 S ID IO UT Gladys dau F W 13 S ID IO UT #84 Anderson, Peter A head M W 30 Md WI Sweden Ireland english lawyer Barbara wife F W 22 Md ID IO UT Sariah Abigail Tyler and Cyrus Adelbert Warner had the following children: 639 | i. | Sarah Abigail Warner was born on 22 January 1871 in Fillmore, Millard, Utah, USA.
