>Obituary - Berkeley Daily Gazette newspaper, Nov. 1, 1954: "Donald Cline Felton - Memorial servies will be conducted next Sunday at 4:30 p.m. fo rDonald Cline Felton, 52, active in Methodist Church circles, who made his home at 1773 Spruce St. Mr. Felton died in an Oakland hospital Sunday. A Berkeley resident since 1924, he was vice chairman of the Borad of Lay Activities ofthe California-Nevada Conference of the Methodist Church. He also was treasurer of the Methodist Church Extension Society of the East Bay, and was co-president owith his wife Mayfred ofthe Yomarco Class of Trinity Methodist Church. H was a manufacturer's agent for janitorial supplies, and was an alumnus of the University of California. He was a member of the former Phi Mu Delta Fraternity chapter here. Also surviving is his mother, Leona Cline Felton of 1208 Walnut St.Services will be held int he chapel of Trinity Methodist Church, Durant Ave. and Dina St., with Dr. F. Marion Smith officiating. Contributions may be made to th e Berkeley-Albany Council of Churches mobile classroom fund, the American Cancer Society or tothe Wesley Foundation building fund."
