Her name is spelled "Slayer" on the marriage record. Elizabeth C. Slayer was born on 17 February 1842 in Baden. She died on 25 May 1910 in Attica, Seneca, Ohio, USA. She was buried in Attica, Seneca Co., Ohio, USA. >She is listed in the 1880 census at "Libbie" (short for Elizabeth). Her last name is recorded as "Slyer" in the birth register for her daughter, Laura Ellen Pratt. (Microfilm # 410,277)

625	ii.	Effie E. Pratt (N.D.) was born in 1865 or 1866 in . She died on 10 June 1890 in Norwich Twp, Huron, Ohio, USA. She was buried in Huron Co., Ohio Cemetery. Effie was 16 years old in the 1880 census, which was taken June 21, 1880. She died at age 18 or 20 from tuberculosis. She was unmarried and had no children.
